As a lifelong entrepreneur and inveterate global traveler, Bobby set the goal of revolutionizing the travel industry through vastly improved trip planning while leveraging destination communities in the process. Through trusted connections, Bobby began working with co-founder Alonzo Vargas in late 2021 and work on the Skip'd of Travel application began, leading up to the beta launch. Bobby, a technology entrepreneur has successfully founded and operated multiple startups, including Tradavo, the industry leader in hotel retail technology and services. Under Bobby's leadership, Tradavo introduced the hospitality industry's first B2B e-commerce platform and the industry leading point-of-sale solution.
Alonzo Vargas
Co-Founder, Vice President and Digital Product Developer
With more than 18 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering web applications, Alonzo has deep experience in deploying disruptive technologies, decentralization / web3 applications, and building and leading high-quality software development teams consisting of developers, designers, and testers. As an avid traveler, he deeply understands the travel industry's needs and ambition to improve it through technology, creating great digital products that make the travel experience better and more accessible for everyone.
